Relaxed, refined &
beautifully Thai
Three hours south of Bangkok, Hua Hin sits quietly on the Gulf of Thailand — far from the tourist trail, close
to everything that makes this country extraordinary. This is the Thailand the Royal Family has chosen as their

Thailands best kept secret
Once the summer retreat of the Thai Royal Family, Hua Hin is now one of Thailand's most refined holiday destinations but it still retains the cultural charm and coastal warmth of the fishing village it once was. That's what makes it so special.
Unlike Phuket or Koh Samui, Hua Hin hasn't been entirely given over to tourism. Local life continues here, fishermen
still bring their catch in each morning, the night market is full of people who live in the town rather than visit it, and the pace of things is genuinely, beautifully slow.
The beach stretches for five kilometres along the Gulf of Thailand. Wide, calm, and lined with seafood restaurants that fill
up each evening with both visitors and locals, a sure sign the food is actually good.
The 4-star resorts along the shoreline are some of the finest value in Thailand.

What awaits you in Hua Hin
Irie Tingz — Food, Tunes & Tingz
Not every great evening in Hua Hin happens on the beach. Irie Tingz is something altogether different, a cultural space rooted in sound system energy, global flavours and the kind of music that gets under your skin. Think curated sessions, fire plates, cold drinks and a crowd that actually cares about the music. It's the sort of place you stumble into for one drink and leave three hours later wondering where the evening went. Follow @irietingz_th to check what's on before you go.
Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park :

Built in the 1920s, one of the most charming railway stations in Southeast Asia — complete with a library housed inside a
converted train carriage.
The Beaches :

further south — the latter lined with pine trees and ideal for those who want more space and solitude.
